the Artist
Stephen Green was born in Philadelphia in 1952. He lived in the New York City metropolitan area for seven years before making his permanent home in Los Angeles in 1976.
His work has been shown in L.A. in galleries in Hollywood, the NoHo Arts District, and at Butterfield’s Auctioneers. A video of his paintings and drawings was televised in 2001.
He’s a prolific artist who is almost always painting. He’s also done drawings and collage, and is currently making a documentary video.
